120k Googlers globally could benefit from having access to racial equity resources. Google's journey to create more equitable outcomes in the world begins within their own walls. LFL partnered with Google to create a unique digital experience to deeply engage with racial equity themes, from systems-level to self-awareness.
The experience allows Googlers to participate in meaningful practices and deep discovery on racial themes at their own pace. The creative is centered on overlapping threads that acts as a guide, providing Googlers a gentle companion represented in threads that connect and diverge diverse perspectives.
